Since first contact with Courtney, I knew this was a great property management company. She is very knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The communication after that was on point. The same level of quality and professional was also carried out by her staff as the deal developed. Tye has been great keeping everything in order and jumping on a phone call to help make things easier. I’ve never seen or heard of a property management company conducting home orientations. The process is amazing as it teaches the tenant not only how to care for the home but also lifelong homeownership tips that they can take wherever they move to next. This also helps clear up any doubts regarding expectations. Great job on doing this guys. You’re protecting both parties very well here. Overall very pleased with MHN. I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Angelea for my walkthrough on a rental in Castle Hills. Angelea was not only professional but also incredibly energetic and full of life. Her contagious energy made the experience enjoyable. She conducted the walkthrough with thoroughness and explained everything very well, making the process painless, fun, and unique. Augusto and Tye were both very helpful and easy to deal with.They answered all my questions and inquiries professionally and patiently even if it takes them a lot of times to answer and call me back with regards to my million questions(kidding aside😅) before renting the house.I was very confident and at ease to have all my online transactions with them as they are from my country,Philippines,too.For sure, they are a great and one of the best assets of the company.Thus, I am looking forward to do more transactions with the company because of them.

1. The applications process is daunting. Seems like a scam asking to log into your banking info on the site and they request your pay stubs on top of that. username and password for banks?? That’s a crazy request and why I won’t complete the app. 2. The property management person (maybe receptionist) that answers the phone doesn’t answer questions, she instead directs you to the MHN website and sounds irritated. She screens calls, won’t answer if you call back. She hung up on me at some point after placing me on hold and wouldn’t answer the phone until I called from a different phone. Extremely unprofessional. 3. The reviews for this property company and for findigs (application site) should all be read over thoroughly. Buyer beware. They will fee you to death. 4. The person replying to these reviews is extremely condescending as you can see which should be further reason not to use their services. I did in fact start an application and did NOT complete it for fear of my personal information being misused. There’s absolutely no reason for me to lie. And being fee’d to death. “Working for free” there’s something clearing up your a**, Courtney.
